It wont let me change to summer split

My friends and i started a fantasy lcs league and for the first week everything was fine. One day I went to the website and logged in and when i clicked on fantasy it showed me the league from last split. There was no option to change it to summer 2015 like there was on my friends computers. I also have this problem on my phone leading me to believe that it is an account problem.
