Unable to join League due to browser keeps refreshing

I have a league that I started for 6 man and a friend I have is having a hard time using the link to join the league. When he clicks the link, his browser keeps refreshing and doesn't stop. He has tried mobile and different browsers. He has also tried creating a brand new account to use, and still gets the same refreshing problem. Is there something that needs to be fixed with my league?

I found out that he can successfully sign into the league of legends site, but when he goes to Fantasy LCS site, he has to sign in, when he clicks "Sign In" or "Create League", the browser starts refreshing constantly. Sometimes, he does end up with an error of Invalid Request. 400
