Lira not playing, will Riot sub in my alternate jungler for him?

I think it is bs that I lose the first week due to Lira not playing because of visa issues. It would have been different if they alerted players through the fantasy page, but instead they had projected points for him, and still do! They should automatically swap in my alternate jungler for him to be fair as this is the fantasy page's mix up.
