Best way to get out of Elo hell?

1 elo hell doesn't exist I was placed bronze got out of it pretty easy. 2 wards ... Jungler can gain map control time ganks/counterganks with relation to the other jungler. mid can create lots of pressure by roaming/warding and making picks top lane can keep their lane safe with wards and create pressure through agressive roams (tp is important) and supports can keep their team safe with good warding. For example I play mids like lb/kassadin/ahri I set up a pink at a central point (usually enemy buff when I'm ahead or river when behind) and ward up the surrounding area and sweep another bush of vision my team can now push the side lane that is next to the jg and either A get an objective or B bait the other team into their jg for easy picks or an easy teamfight. 3 pick champs that are popular ... they are played for a reason practice these champs and learn their mechanics and match ups. EX sion take a camp level 1 for the xp boost over your lane and then out farm and bully lane. 4. build good ... don't build stuff because you think its good and don't just follow that mobafire guide. Look at pro builds watch challenger players and how they build. Learn to assess the situation and build items accordingly. ex you are kat getting stomped in lane by an annie build a abyssal scepter instead of your normal first item. Or you are a vi jg and keep getting blown up in fights build a randuins or banshees or you keep getting caught out by zed as adc get a qss into scimitar. 5. don't take all the kills ... its easy to be 20/1/0 with your various team members having only assists then you get caught out trying to make a play and your team loses because no one else can do anything or you get focused down in a teamfight. While if you go like 8/1/12 with your team getting kills the enemy team will not be able to shut down your team with a single target focus or the fed player getting caught. 6. look up sky williams climbing the elo ladder using dst. (he also has many other videos that will help if you want more resources) 7. Decision making ... I suck at this personally and thats why I'm fairly low elo still. Goes back to warding as well - make informed decisions not calculated risks. Disclaimer skill is still required to win ... these tips are just for those players who can do well but still lose games. Also if anyone feels like I'm missing something important just let me know and I'll adjust this

Play OP champs and be good with them. Also know how to close a fucking game when you have a lead.

Best way I think is to have two champs in at least 3 lanes that you know how to play. Have one lane (for example top) that all you play is two champs. In ranked I would rather you play against your counter with a champ you know what you are doing with than a champ you have no idea what you are doing and are only playing because they counter your opponent.

Learn to play carry champs, like riven zed graves etc. In solo queue expect you are going to be the one that carries.

win more games than you lose
