Request For Future

As well all know, a few of the professional players we look up to have recently engaged in unprofessional behavior and have thus been suspended, many of us even have these players as starters. Unfortunately, I am one of them.

I found out today, after PowerOfEvil (my alternate) had been locked, that XWX ( my starter ) had been suspended from professional play. It was announced last night, and like many other players, I was busy, doing what you'd expect, playing league. With my alternate being locked, and my starter suspended I have to trade for one of the less savory players that are still open in my fantasy league.

Now I didn't create this thread just to say "Hey this really sucks, blah blah blah". While I agree the pro should be punished like riot is doing, I don't think the fantasy player should. I think that when a starter player is suspended, there should atleast be a warning immediately sent out to notify the player. Most players get emails straight to mobile and wouldn't mind a non-spam email like this giving players a friendly warning that they need to change their starting line up.

Personally, if this is discovered after the EU starts, or just hours before the lockout for EU, I think that players should be allowed to swap the player with anyone already in their roster (provided he fits the slot).

I just think this warning came too late to the players, and while this is part of what happens in any fantasy league, I think it can be worked around.
