About the Draft??

Was Selfie ever apart of the Fantasy draft because in the mock draft someone took him. He was on of my fav EU players and ifs hes in the draft i would like to know..... If anyone knows and wants to help please answer my question and if isnt in it anymore RIOT explain what happened plox
