10+ kills or assists?

I have noticed last week that i had players in my fantasy team with 10+ kills or assists but it wasnt showing or added in their score board. At the time one of my players had over 10 kills and also over 10 assists, so i thought it would only count the +2 points IF it was one OR the other, and not both. But today i noticed that Vander and kasing had 16 and 15 assists and the +2 wasnt added to their score. Forg1vengre had 10 assists but the +2 wasnt added either. So if it only counts ABOVE 10 why did kikis and odoamne didnt get their +2 if they had 10kills/13assists and 12kills/10assists respectively?
