Roster bug

So I was messing around with my team comp while the NA teams are still unlocked, and noticed that I could pull players from my team without needing to replace them. This leaves you with an empty spot on your team. I pulled my Team slot and benched it, and now it won't allow me to replace it. When I try to fill the empty Team slot, I get an error saying "The exchange would leave your team with an invalid starting roster, with too many players at one position."

Edit: Look in your Add/Drop tab, you probably have four alts now. Swap your team around until the person you want to put back is in the empty slot. For example, if you've got an empty ADC slot because you benched Mash without replacing him, swap your team around in Add/Drop until Mash is in your ADC slot instead of being an alt. Once he's back in his team slot, it should let you fill your empty slot on your roster.

I switched my team and now i have an empty team spot for this week... please fix this :/

I would love a way to fix this, as I currently screwed myself out of having a jungler at all on my team at the moment.

Edit: Dropped every player I had as suggested then just redrafted everyone and was able to finally move what I needed to around. Still kind of a hassle though.

Same problem with swapping Link for Hai. Have an empty mid spot. If anyone is working on this problem Hai shows up when I go to the add/drop tab, but he is nowhere to be seen when I click roster. The mid spot is a black empty space.

This problem is happening to me too. Happened while I was trying to trade players with another team, and now I have neither an ADC nor a third alternate for next week.

Now whenever I try to fill my empty spots, all I get is an "Internal Server Error."

Edit: Was able to get my alt slot back, but still can't add Sneaky for my ADC.

Take the person for week 2 u have in ur roster for the current empty position out. thats how i fixed it

I cant put my AD Carry spot in because it saying that i have too many of that postion when i dont even have one fix this gug asap because im not losing stats over a dumb bug

PPL, i found a solution..

I refreshed my page 3 times, then i went to add/drop and my "lost" player was there. on the left side.

So i picked him, and trade with noOne from my team, and he went to his initial place.

Maybe this will help for you guys too..

Same probleme for me and i cant switch whit other player or just drop someone . Now I have 5 alts. it's possible some admin fix that ? thx'

i now have no adc, or flex, 5 alts, i lost maplestreet and fenix and it wont even let me put altec as a starter

you can also just drop the player from your starting roster, or alts. Then pick them back up and it fixed the problem I was having.

i wanted to swapp out impact before the NA locks in, but i can't swapp him anymore, not even for an NA player. this is ridiculous :(

Same here. I was trying to bench impact since he wasn't playing week 1 and tried to trade out Bunny Fufu for Cris (which never went through and ended up trading him back just to find out you can only trade twice a week or day or whatever) but now I can't even get impact back in because the slot is broken. So now I have no top laner because vizicsacsi was my other and he's out and even if this bug is fixed I still only have impact who isn't playing. (hope this gets fixed by next week)

Same thing for me. I tried to drop hai and add a player who already played. I tried to move Xiao into the hai slot. (I already had xiao) and now i get the same error.

Like OP having same kind of issue but other issues are showing. Ran into some other issues though.

Not allowing me to add new players to starting lineup after removing a player. Slot shows as empty and you receive below error when trying to fill empty slot.

The exchange would leave your team with an invalid starting roster, with too many players at one position.

Add/Drop is showing player's I've already dropped.

Fixed by Add/Drop. Remove Entire roster and re-sign. Starting Roster for Week 2 Now Filled and already dropped players no longer in Add/Drop

Some players not showing in Alternates though, Possibly because they have been assigned to starting for Week 2?

I have the same problem with my AD Carry it says the exchange will leave my team with an invalid starting roster with too many players in one positon, when i only have 2 AD carrys 1 was in my roster and the other was an Alt
