When can I make a summer split fantasy league?

I want to get my league started ASAP but so far I haven't been able to create a league for the 2015 summer split.

The Summer Split starts on the 28th. However, if the summer split is anything like the spring split, then you should be able to start your league roughly a week before then.

So my guess is that it will be on the 21st!

P.S: Im also going to post a Summer Split Draft discussion and analysis page, along with my draft cheat sheet, in the following week. (Im just waiting for rosters to lock in their last minute changes.)
