I personally think that if you are within a 1 point margin it should be counted as a tie

No way, that destroys those heart breaking moments of closeness. I won a game week 1 in a league by less than a point against a team that started piglet and got no points for one role. I lost a game this week by eight tenths of a point when I started giant's top lane player because I didn't want to play too much of one team in case they tilted one game (fnatic). Had a role go less than two points and I was benching one of if not the highest scoring players at his position. Lol watching those two games come in were the ones I cared about most the last two weeks. (And one where I won week one playing piglet, ha. Although I guess his points line wasn't much different week two).

P.S. Best part is the game I lost by so little was still the second highest score in the league this week. He deserves the win. Even if it is only half a point it was the only score that beat mine this week and I happened to be playing him. He should get the win because he out played me. Ties are for work, not for games.

Completely agree. Those nailbiters are the ones that make it fun. It's a shame you can't trade players with other teams. Then the whole experience would be complete.
