Kikis is free but no one can add him

I tried to add and drop him and as a result now is bugged and no one can take him. It says "internal server error".

GilGames, i know several people who are having this issue.

no one in your league will be able to add or drop him.

i hope riot fixes this before week two.

also, check and see if you lost anyone when you tried to add kikis. alot of people who have this problem will not only not get the person they wanted but someone else from the their roster will be dropped.
