Subs in Fantasy

Does anyone have a reliable source of what happens when say, during the BO2/BO3, a team subs a player out with another? Since they are allowed to do this at the short break between games, it is unpredictable for fantasy owners. What happens then?

I don't know but we don't get the points for that player that was subbed out anymore. Wish Riot would fix that somehow especially since more teams are bringing in more subs...
