Can we delete/re-use old leagues?

Also wondering about that.
As much feedback as Riot has gotten during beta, they should be aware of the fact that everyone wants to delete their old outdated leagues.
People should be able to reuse their old leagues. Keep the history, it makes it cooler
On top of which, if you can reuse old leagues, can I replace someone who just didn't want to play again this split? Already got an 8th, just need to know if I have to make a whole new league or not.
But yeah, hoping we get an answer to this soon.
