Isn't it a bit late for all these people to just now start their fantasy draft? The entire "Hot" page is just people begging for others to join their league. I mean, it's unlikely that everyone forgot this was a thing until week 4.

I just now realised I have not done mine. Do I have to start a new league every damn season/split or something? I can't see where to start the draft
