Week 5 Mid and ADC and Jungle

Hey guys, another question :P

Should I start Soren over Froggen and Freeze over Vardags? I'm really scared about Froggen and EL flopping, but I'm confident in UOL, but Freeze is just SO appealing. Also, should I put in Shook over Xmithie? CLG is doing pretty well, but I'm expecting Elements to go hard this week.
