My account isn't recognized by the login for Fantasy LCS

I've been trying to set up a League account for Fantasy LCS. The appropriate information is input and the login just refreshes without logging in. Obviously logging into my account for LoL is not a problem, but for whatever reason I'm running into issues with Fantasy LCS. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
