Who should I play in my flex position? Also should I play Adrian or Xpecial this week?

Or should I pick up Keane and drop Perkz? Then throw Keane into flex. Atm I have Febiven in my Mid position. I'm playing a "Best Of" type league.
Perkz is more constant than Keane would be.
