Dropping Altec?!

Hi there! In my league, my current line-up is Quas, Fredy122, Shook, Link, Pobelter, Rekkles, Altec, Nyph, SK Gaming, and Team Liquid.

It worked pretty well as I've won my first two weeks, but Winterfox has done much worse than I had hoped, and it's lost me week 3. It's a crazy thought, but I've actually been considering dropping Altec as Vardags is still available in free agency. I'd drop Team Liquid for it given how amazing SK Gaming has been doing from an objective standpoint, but the position cap prevents me from doing that. Crazy as it might seem, do I drop Altec for Vardags as the best option for my Flex slot? Unicorns of Love has been a much more fighting-oriented team, and I'm just unsure whether Imagine coming into Winterfox's lineup will help as much as I could possibly get out of Vardags.

WFX' lineup is just really underwhelming, I see ver little reasons to stick to Altec even if he's a great ADC since I believe it's easier to make points in wins than it is in losses. Otherwise, I'd also look at midlaners since it's your Flex position and they both net some really impressive points.
