Fantasy LCS needs waivers and trades

See title. I currently live across the planet for work and wake up every week on Monday to find that my friends have added and dropped tens of players. It'd be lovely if they could add a waiver so that the same people can't just add and drop every week without consequence. Make them have low priority if they consistently add/drop. Also, if two players want to trade, they should be able to. If you think they're stacking one team, you could require the owner's permission for trades.
