STOP MAKING LEAGUES AND GOING AFK

Seriously, stop... don't start a League if you cannot be responsible enough to not go AFK and start it once full.

Riot, please implement a Vote Kick feature in the League Creation Window as its filling, this way the active people could kick the leader.
