Fantasy Points are Incorrect

Fantasy LCS players more than half the time are not awarded the +2 for 10+ kills or assists. I thought maybe it would just be updated before the match results are set in place, but every week some people get it and some people don't. Or they will just get +2 for 25 assists instead of +4 sometimes too. Is this something that will be fixed? I lost my week 5 matchup by three points, and only needed Rekkles's extra 4 to win. (also can this be fixed retroactively?)

Also, I apologize for the bad picture; my snipping tool won't work and I don't understand paint.
