Can't Create a Fantasy League

I want to make a new fantasy league but I can't. I have one old league "scrubs" that I dont want to be apart of anymore but I can't leave. Or make a new one.

Anyone know how to fix?

The summer split regular season ended. You can't make a league until the next split.
