Having trouble making a league

Me and a few friends wanted to create a new league but I swear I cannot find the Create new button anyway and can only view my existing league is it cause the split started already?

Split already ended bro. I'm hoping we get to play again when the playoffs come next week. Not sure if that's an option though.
