trading mid week.

After a player completes both games of the week can I trade him and still keep the points he accumulated for that week? I.E I own player A. Player B is a free agent. Player A scored 30 pts for my team this week. Player A has already played both of his matches. Can I trade player A for player B and still keep the points I acquired from player A for this week? I understand anything Player B might have scored during free agency wont be added to my teams points for the week, but will I also lose player A's points for releasing him before the week was finished.
