I need some clarification

In the explanation for how to play Fantasy LCS, it says:

You have a minute to make each pick.

Does this mean that everyone has to be ready to pick at the same time, or is it only for the member itself that there is a 1 minute time limit when they begin picking their roster?

1st person to pick has up to 1 min, once he does 2nd get his own minute...

So each round takes a MAX of 8 min
