Draft Picking Query

Hey all,

Can you only Draft pick when you are all on at the same time? as my buddy has started the draft and it seems we now all have random picks. As such, can you also restart the picking process due to this problem.

If we can only draft pick when we are all on at the same time, then I feel this is about as far as we will be able to get towards doing the fantasy league. :/
