I know that Echo Fox were DQ'd for their game against NRG, but the game isnt even regestering on the fantasy website. I still managed to beat my opponent, but I have not been awarded my win for the week because it says that that GBM has only played 1/2 games. is this a bug? Am I not going to get my win?
I believe it is a bug. I have the same exact issue and I have not been awarded my win.

just in case you would not understand the situation
NRG DID play just one game this week, therefore GBM DID just won one game this week.
NRG was awarded the win with Echo Fox, so the team had 1 win and 1 loss, however it wouldn.t change the fact GBM ONLY PLAYED 1 game

Same issue. Opponent has Impact and the whole week wont finish because of it. No team has won or lost because the player "still has 1 game to play"
