Winning in under 30 minutes should be more points

Winning a game in under 30 minutes should earn more points on fantasy LCS. Currently it's 2 points (same as 2 dragons or 2 towers or 1 baron or 1 first blood) and I feel that since winning in under 30 minutes only earns 2 points it's more of a penalty for winning fast because that means the winning team most likely didn't do too many dragons or barons (relative to how many you would expect them to do by say, 45minutes). Just wondering, does anyone agree/disagree with me on this? Why?
