Impact is gone from my league and I have 2 alts

I was changing around my roster the other day and I switched out Gamsu for Impact and I got a few errors. I went to my roster and only saw 2 alts (no Gamsu). Then I looked at add/drop, saw Gamsu but Impact nowhere to be found.

Also I try to add someone else to my team without getting rid of someone, and i get an error saying I have the max number of players. It does let remove someone from my roster and put them on the alt bench but I have an empty slot.
