Why doesn't Rift Harold give points?
I understand that Harold does give points (0.01) if someone last hits it, but why doesn't it give team points like Dragon or Baron Nashor?

I can understand both sides of giving it and not giving it. For the side of not giving it, you have to look at the perspective that unlike baron and baron it doesn't give stats to every player. It only gives stats to one person and that stat will give the team points by getting turrets.
