Still can't recover a dropped character

When I did a roster swap, impact was dropped from my roster and the swap didn't happen. Now he is missing from my roster and every time I go to add/drop and pick him I get an internal server error. In fact looking back over the history it never shows me dropping him(because I didn't), I would really like to have my top laner back. I have added other top laners without problem but every time I pick him it bugs out and won't allow me or anyone else in our fantasy league to pick him up.
