Fantasy Acces Bug

Hello, there's a problem over here. Actually, my friend was playing Fantasy LCS with me when he's account was still on EUNE, but when he transfered it to EUW he immediately lost acces to Fantasy LCS. He can't actually do anything. Is there a way to fix it?
