Add/Drop bug

When I was trying to switch Dig "Corejj" for TiP "Adrian" into one of my first alt position using the add/drop feature on the fantasy lcs team management page, an error popped up, which I don't remember the exact wording it might have been an error 403, and the players were still in the add and drop boxes and the page did not refresh. I repressed the add/drop button and another error appeared saying that Corejj was no longer on my team. After I refreshed the page corejj was no longer on my roster but neither was adrian. I'm not sure if this problem is common but now i only have 2 alt picks and Adrian cannot be found under the add category. No one else add adrian and I know this because I checked the recent activities list under the My league tab. Riot, if you could even just add adrian back into the possible line up it would be appreciated. As it stands the league is minimally affected but if the problem is reoccurring it could be problematic.
