Bug with the 10+ Kills or Assists?

I have been noticing that not all players that get ten plus kills or assists are getting the extra two points, such as Shook, Xpecial, PowerofEvil, and Froggen. Wondering if this is a bug or if they didnt get it because of something else. Anyone have any idea?

It's 10+ assists or kills in a single game, only Xpecial did that, and he has the points now if he didn't earlier.
