[Bug] Player missing from roster, says I've got full team of 10

I drafted Santorin the other day and when I looked up on the stats it says that I own him for the week, however when I check my roster and add/drop he doesn't appear on the list. and he's not on anyone else's roster. so he's basically disappeared. I checked the patch notes and they mentioned that there were issues with roster updates and the like but they said it should all update when the NA roster locks. so just wondering if anyone else is running into this problem or if there is a fix.
