Is it possible to search for other people's fantasy drafts?
Can you search a summoner's name or a roster name and find where that name was found?
Is that a thing, or not a thing?

You can certainly see other people's drafts/leagues (as long as you know the league ID), but I'm not aware of any way to search for leagues by any means.
The best way would be to ask for the link to the league that the person is in. If that's not a viable option, I got nothing.
