Problem?

I've been trying to partake in Fantasy LCS for almost a year now. I checked back quite often to the site however. I never see any kind of "Create League" button or something to continue on with the process. Even when Splits are taking place I never see any way to create one. Is there something I'm missing completely or is something actually missing? (The Link is to the support page I asked the same question on. Use this to look at the screenshot to see what I'm talking about.) Thank for your help in advance!

Alrighty I'll probably just use this alternative instead! Unless someone else can find a fix to this problem I'll just use this. Thank you so much for sharing this with me! :)

You can't create a league because the split hasn't begun yet.

I've been trying to create for a year and a half (including when splits were currently in progress) and the button was still not there.

I know for a fact that this works now because I made a league myself. Try now. You can't make them while splits are in progress because the split is in progress. It has to be just before it starts, like, the week before.
