Flex help

I have a pretty solid line up exclusing my flex. I licked up fox late into the inital draft but judging my the first week performance im quite dissapointed and am now considering picking up fenix as my flex or tdk/nme mid laners. what do you guys think? Keep fox or grab fenix, ninja or innox?
