Looking for a team!

Yo, fellow summoners! I just found out about this, and to be honest I'm quite thrilled! And instead of creating my own team, I decided that I would rather join one. I'm quite a good player, but still got few tricks to learn. . I play around 12+ hours daily and my goal obviously isn't to simply have a fun time.
