Lost a Player

So I was adding and dropping players today, and I had three alternates, and altogether 10 players (including a team) since the first draft. But after doing some adding and dropping, I realized that I had lost a player completely. One trade I had done dropped one of my players, and did not add another. I'm pretty sure this is what happened, but I am not entirely sure. Is there any Riot employee that could help, or anyone else?
