Right now, the summer split is over. The next split will be the spring split of next year...

Fantasy LCS is only on for the spring and summer splits. Since the summer split has passed, we have playoffs, regional qualifiers, and Worlds.

You'll be able to play Fantasy LCS next year when the spring split starts up.
