create league button missing

hey wanted to start a new league and deleted my old one. now there is no create a league button on the main page its just blank any help out there?

I don't think they have unlocked it yet. I believe it opens up a week before the LCS starts up. Personally, I wish it was up at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the split.
