NA vs EU with BO3 and BO2 formats

I'm assuming the EU players will drop a bit in potential points since they'll be playing the best of 2 format this split while the NA players will be playing best of 3. Any NA series that goes the full 3 games will have an advantage with the scoring potential. Just curious on how much of an impact everyone thinks this will/could have.
