Beginner needing advice on who to start!

Hello everyone,

This is my first time in a fantasy league and really following the LCS. I just wanted to ask around to some of you more experienced players out there what YOU would do in my situation. Scoring is first two games count to make it even between the euro and NA players

Next week, week 5 has a few decent match-ups for me (I think!) mid lane and support have been somewhat inconsistent for me so I have been doing a joint committee approach with varied success. It's between NVs Ninja and Hakhuo H2K Ryu and Vander I also am debating Apex Keane and HO4 Fox

I don't know much about EU especially being as it's hard to watch with working and such and don't know who'd be the safer picks. I also have TL Matt on the bench who's been a beast of late but consistently worries me a bit.

Any thoughts would be great!
