My buddy has Perkz as his midlaner, any chance he will get the chance to switch him out? It would suck to lose a whole week of MIDLANER points.
At least have Blanc's spoints count as Perkz's?
In this case, I think it would be most fair if Perkz got Blanc's points. Blanc is not even on the list of players that can be drafted, so it makes the most logical sense to simply move his point score to Perkz. There would be no conflicts.
I'd love a chance to swap him... he hasn't played any games yet, and we'd be swapping for NA who also hasn't played any games yet. Rito plz?
It was an unlucky week. That's the same for any other fantasy draft. You can play around only so much. Injury, sickness, a whole slew of other things can happen that take a player out unexpectedly, from fantasy football to this. That's all a part of the "luck," just like a player having a hot streak or not. Am I disappointed I don't get those points, sure. But I don't need all sorts of compensation because I had bad luck this week. Also, +1 for Perkz getting better for next week!
Its really anoying. Maybe if wecould just get the points of one of the subs?
I can understand losing points if someone were to have either G2's top or jungler in their line up as those were announced a long time ago and we've had a chance replace them with subs. However, losing points for Perkz when his absence wasn't announced until after all fantasy leagues had to have their EU players locked in is just as EU league players would say, "unlucky." Hopefully, the rioters that manage the fantasy league do something for people who had Perkz in their starting line up such as giving them Blanc's points, allows them to swap for someone in their line-ups points later, or something else. Unfortunately for me if they don't, I will likely lost this week, and usually our fantasy leagues end in ties and 1 match splits, so losing 1 match really matters, so I will probably lose this fantasy split without some sort of compensation for Perkz. #FeelsBadMan Either way, hopefully Perkz gets better soon!
Riot really needs to step up their fantasy and let us change our roster
I agree, I have people on my bench for this reason but there was no way to swap out perks because as of lock in he was still playing. I could switch him out for someone on my bench, or Blancs points could count but hopefully something happens before NA players lock in because id like to have a chance of winning week one.
I have Perkz too and just because I haven't heard last minute news I am guaranteed to lose week 1?
It would be nice to hear something official about what is going to happen if these kind of things would happen even in the future... :/ The fact that Blanc wasn't even in the possible solutions should ensure that his points could be transitioned this one occasion and then giving out a statement that it won't happen again. That seems to be the most forgiving and justifiable decision in my opinion. The fact that this game is about us being the managers of our fantasy teams... If the G2, a 'real' team could change up the roster for their own good in such an occasion, why couldn't we?
typical riot not responding to this issue. It would be one thing if it was like fantasy football where we had up to the second the game started to change our roster, but ours locked 24 hrs in advance.
