In our fantasy league one of the members lost his week due to a miss calculation on the team, Team 8....... How often does this happen?? WE MUST RIGHT THIS WRONG!!!!

Don't worry mate, they'll fix it. I've both won, and lost due to miscalculations, just to have my win or loss corrected the next week. For example, when elements got 4 extra points from Azir turrets, it gave me a false win, and when I checked back later it had been changed to a loss. The wrong will be righted.
