Substitutes and Forfeits and how to deal with them

So last week i had to of had the worst luck. I picked up a few players from NRG who were gonna have BIG week against Echo Fox and Bam 0 points for the first game! Followed by I put my money on Ren to have Freeze start and they sub him out for the entire week! Please create something to help us deal with these last minute changes that are really affecting our fantasy points! Maybe giving a default amount of points for forfeits and subs based on how the sub did.

They weren't particularly last minute, iirc they announced the changes at least a full day before the roster locks (that's the deadline for roster applications)

I know plenty of people that had a lot of NRG players, or started Freeze, and they were able to sub them out. Idk what to say, man. Fantasy is stupid and doesn't make sense. xD

they were able to sub them out after the roster locks cause i know they usually give warning about who might not start but they didnt metion anything about freeze. and i was not given that option and havent heard about being able to switch after they lock.

No that's exactly what I mean, everyone was able to sub them out before the NA Roster Locks (obviously EU was already locked by then), including Freeze. I'm in multiple Leagues and everyone that started Freeze were able to switch him out for L0D. =/
