what is the number of teams i should do? what does it do?

it means how many people you'll have in your league, either 4, 6, or 8 total people going against each other in round robin style. Less people means more times you will face each other and more options in drafting, more people is less options in drafting but less matches against the same people.

oh, so if i got 4 friends, i need to create six, but then, would i have to add another guy?

yes you would, you can do like everyone else and post it on the boards normally spots go quick or you can add me and i'll be the odd man out :-P
