EU Server - NA LCS Fantasy?

Hi I'm from Canada but moved to the UK last year. Since I've moved, I've moved my account over to EUW. Am I still able to join an NA league with that account or do I have to play in an EUW fantasy? I've never really followed any EU teams, which makes it difficult to pick players!
