[Bug] Invisible third alternate player?

This happened before the recent bug fixes rolled out.

While trying to swap one of my alternates with a free agent, I ran into an internal server error. Afterward, when I checked my roster, the free agent was missing, but my alternate player had been dropped. Now, I have an "invisible" 10th player in my roster, and as a result I cannot add a player/team to my roster to fill the missing third alternate slot.

Has anyone encountered this bug before? If so, were you able to remove the bug somehow?
